How to Place an Order

Placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking the "add to cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase. You can review what is in your basket at anytime at the left of the page underneath the Search Jewellery section.

2. When you are finished and you are ready to checkout, click on Show Cart at the left of the page underneath the contents of your cart.

3. If you already have an account, simply check the button next to
• Returning Customers: Please log in
and enter your user name and password. If not please check the button next to
• New? Please Provide Your Billing Information
and enter your details.

3. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been completed.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an online order confirmation and then an e-mail when your order has been shipped. It should normally ship within 3 - 4 days.

Payment Methods

You may pay using your credit card or by transfering funds from your bank account or from your paypal account. We use Paypal as our secure payment processor but please be aware that that you do not need to be or to become a Paypal member to pay with your credit card. Simply follow the instructions and then click on the link next to ‘Not a Paypal Member?’  and you will be able to enter your credit card details securely.

Shipping

 

All orders are shipped by registered post via Australia Post. Shipping and insurance are included in the price. Shipping will normally take place within 3 - 4 days of your order and can take between 2 and 10 days depending on your location.

Returns & Repairs

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item you receive, we will gladly take it back and refund you the original purchase price for 21 days after your order was shipped. Please let us know the reason for your return so we can serve you better in the future.

If you need to return or exchange an item please send us an email to let us know. Please be sure to include your full name, the invoice number, how we can contact you and a brief explanation for the return. The item must be returned in its original condition with all appropriate packaging and once received, will be credited via Paypal to the card or account used for the original purchase.
