In case you may be hesitant to buy without being able to touch, to try on and to feel the energy of the piece you are drawn to, and because we want your experience to be a delightful one and to eliminate any fear or concerns, we have created a money back guarantee to cover your purchase.
If you purchase anything on our website and, for whatever reason, you are not content, you can return it to us within 14 days after your order was shipped (21 days if you are outside Australia). We will gladly take it back and refund the full price of the item.
We are confident that you will find the right piece for you but maybe not always on the first try. Our satisfaction guarantee is our way of helping you on your journey.
Yumi guarantees the workmanship on her jewellery for the first six months from your purchase date. If your piece needs to be repaired within the first six months, it will be fixed and returned to you at our expense. The only exception to this policy is if it is determined that the problem was inflicted by some kind of accident, such as banging a crystal on something so it breaks in half. In that case, we will send you a quote for the repair and you will be charged for the repair and shipping costs to return the item to you. It is your responsibility to ship the item to us for repair.
After six months, we will be happy to take care of repairs for you but it will be entirely at your expense. It is your responsibility to ship the item to us for repair. We will send you a quote to fix your piece and you will be charged for the repair and shipping costs to return the item to you.
